Creating a Costume II

For my second costume I bought a bustier like top Charlotte Russe and a basic skirt from Forever 21. Then purchased fringe from a craft store, Joann's.

I literally made tiny stitches about every inch to attach the fringe to both pieces and tucked the straps on the top to create a sweetheart neckline. Simple and I can cut off the fringe if I want to use these pieces again.

    

Of course no night is complete without random sombrero wearing.
